Warranty and policy for XGATE products

All devices at XGATE are guaranteed for at least two years, except for accessories and attachments. To benefit from warranty services, please bring the original purchase invoice to match the serial number of the device and to ensure the validity of the warranty period.

Warranty service provider:

The warranty on the product and the quality of workmanship is provided by the agent and is subject to the manufacturer’s policies, which are described in the product’s warranty guide or the manufacturer’s website. To obtain warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service following the rules and regulations.

To ensure the highest levels of service, XGATE offers its warranty on some products, and the customer can contact us to find out the details.

General provisions of the guarantee:

The repair time takes a maximum of 14-21 days for faults covered by the warranty.

The warranty covers free repair or replacement of spare parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean replacing the product or returning its value. Malfunctions resulting from misuse of the product and non-compliance with the instructions for use in the product manual or instructions are excluded from the warranty service.

Fractures, blows, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, humidity, or high temperature.

Attempts at repair or maintenance operations by parties not approved by the agent or the use of spare parts not approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority.

Terms and conditions for XGATE digital cards:

Terms and conditions apply upon receiving codes (digital cards)

1. The digital card cannot be extended, exchanged, or refunded.
2. Money cannot be refunded.
3. You are entirely responsible for protecting your digital card from unauthorized use. XGATE assumes no responsibility if any Digital Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Digital Card is used without your permission. XGATE is not responsible for any illegal or fraudulent conduct by any third party associated with any digital card.
4. XGATE or its affiliates shall not be liable for any misappropriation you made, for negligence or for the input of false/false information, which may result in damages/losses. By purchasing any e-voucher/card. You have understood/approved and accepted the disclaimer of the Store Guide from liability.
