Refund Policy for Digital Products – XGATE

1. Nature of Products

All products offered by XGATE are digital goods or services that are sensitive by nature and often become usable or disclosed immediately upon delivery.


2. General Rule

No digital product may be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after delivery has occurred. This includes cases where the code is displayed inside the account or sent by email, SMS, or any approved electronic method.


3. Limited Exceptions

  • Where the product was not delivered within the stated timeframe and this is confirmed by system logs.
  • Where the code or product is proven defective at origin, unused, and the defect is verified by the issuer or technical review.
  • Where duplicate charging or overcharging occurred due to a documented technical error.


4. Claims Process

Customers should contact support within a reasonable period from the order date and provide the order number and required verification details. The Store may request screenshots, information, or supporting documents before deciding a claim.


5. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will, where possible, be returned to the original payment method or by the method required by law and the payment provider. The Store is not responsible for third-party banking charges or exchange differences unless the error was directly caused by the Store.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Choosing the wrong product, country, platform, or currency.
  • Entering an incorrect email address, phone number, or account identifier.
  • Loss, sharing, or misuse of the code after delivery.
  • Expiry caused by failure to redeem the product in time under issuer rules.
