Terms & Conditions – XGATE

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the XGATE website, including account creation, purchases of digital products, and any related services. By using the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and the related policies.


2. Definitions

  • “Store” or “XGATE” means the online platform that offers and sells digital products and services.
  • “User” or “Customer” means any natural or legal person who uses the website or purchases through it.
  • “Digital Products” means digital codes, gift cards, subscriptions, top-ups, or any product delivered electronically.
  • “Delivery” means making the digital product available in the customer account or sending it by email, SMS, or any approved electronic method connected to the order.


3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Users must be of legal age or use the website under lawful parental/guardian supervision.
  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information and remain responsible for account credentials and all activity under the account.
  • Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used fraudulently or on behalf of third parties without lawful authorization.


4. Nature of Service and Order Acceptance

XGATE offers digital goods and services that may change in availability, pricing, and description. All orders are subject to review and final acceptance. The Store may refuse or cancel any order before or after delivery in cases of suspected fraud, material pricing error, breach of these Terms, or payment provider policy concerns. Where appropriate, the Store’s liability is limited to refunding the paid amount under the applicable rules.


5. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in the published currency and include VAT where legally required.
  • The payment method must be lawfully used by its owner or with valid authorization, and the Store may request additional verification information or documents when necessary.
  • Payments may be subject to security reviews by banks, payment providers, or fraud-prevention systems.


6. Delivery of Digital Products

  • Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment or within the timeframe stated on the product page or order notice.
  • Delivery is deemed complete and final once the code or product appears in the customer account, is sent through the approved contact method, or access is otherwise electronically enabled.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details and ensuring the correct country, platform, account, currency, and product type before purchase.


7. No Cancellation / No Refund for Digital Products

Due to the sensitive and instantly consumable nature of digital products, orders may not be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after delivery has occurred. The only exception is where the product is proven defective at origin and unused, following technical verification through the support process.


8. Acceptable Use

  • The website and products may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Users may not circumvent payment controls, verification systems, technical restrictions, or promotional rules.
  • Users may not copy content, scrape data, deploy bots, or conduct unauthorized resale or extraction.


9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, interfaces, text, designs, software, and content made available through XGATE are owned by or licensed to the Store and may not be used, copied, republished, or exploited without prior written consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

Services and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Store does not guarantee compatibility with third-party store rules, account restrictions, regional availability, or issuer requirements. The Store is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any damage arising from misuse or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including system failures, network issues, payment provider problems, or issuer-side actions.


11. Fraud, Disputes, and Chargebacks

The Store may hold, suspend, reject, or cancel an order or account and request additional verification when risk indicators arise, including mismatches between account and payment data or unusual use patterns. The Store may contest unjustified bank disputes relating to an order delivered in accordance with system logs and reserves all lawful rights to protect the platform and its interests.


12. Amendments, Contact, and Governing Law

The Store may amend these Terms from time to time, and the updated version becomes effective upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and jurisdiction lies with the competent authorities within the Kingdom unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
